1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the alpha666 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the alpha666 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("User" or "You") and alpha666 ("Company", "We", "Platform"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you first access the platform, even without completing the registration process.

2User Eligibility

To use the alpha666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of account registration and throughout the duration of platform use.
• An individual registering for personal use and not on behalf of any organisation or other business entity.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in gambling or online entertainment activities.
• Not currently on any active self-exclusion list or gambling limit programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Alpha666 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed until verification is complete. Any winnings obtained prior to the completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process cannot be withdrawn until all verification requirements are fulfilled.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the alpha666 platform. Opening additional accounts – whether using a different name, email, phone number, or other details – is prohibited and considered fraudulent. alpha666 employs advanced automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all accounts involved will be closed without prior notice upon such detection.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active phone number, and valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated should any changes occur. alpha666 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information.

• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone, including alpha666 staff.
• Alpha666 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• All activity that occurs within your account is entirely your responsibility.
• You must notify alpha666 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and in some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used. All submitted documents are processed with full encryption and stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Alpha666 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and selected digital wallets. All financial transactions on this platform are processed through secure, certified payment systems.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's account level. Current limits are always displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. alpha666 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Any suspicion of money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fully satisfied.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by alpha666 – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions – are subject to specific wagering requirements. Wagering requirements refer to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. In general, the following conditions apply to all alpha666 bonuses:

• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements – contribution rates by game type are specified in the promotion terms.

• Alpha666 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through unfair means or exploitation.

6Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the alpha666 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary:

• Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users to exploit games or abuse the bonus system.
• Using the alpha666 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim registration bonuses.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without their valid authorisation.
• Distributing illegal, obscene, threatening, or harassing content through the platform's chat or forum features.
• Attempting to access alpha666 systems or technical infrastructure without authorisation.

7Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your alpha666 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing, please ensure all cash balances (excluding bonuses) have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance after the closure process is completed cannot be reclaimed.

Alpha666 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud or system exploitation.
• Failure to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Users found to be on an active self-exclusion list.

9Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

Alpha666 is not liable for any financial losses arising directly or indirectly from the use of the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions during active gaming sessions. However, in the event of a confirmed technical error on the platform's end, alpha666 will take fair and reasonable action to resolve the issue.

10Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the alpha666 platform. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the alpha666 customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it is formally filed, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

11Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Alpha666 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in emergency situations or legal requirements that necessitate immediate changes.

Continued use of the alpha666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
